well thought id give it a go today
got 2 sets from a rover coupe to put in my 90.took the 2 existing seats out.flattend out the front fixings on new seats.manage to use 1 existing fixing and had to drill 1 new fixing.made up 1 bracket for the rear fixings
all in took 2 hrs start to finish.i now have a drivers seat that will go up and down and will properly recline backwards,and being recaros they are a nice snug fit
i cant believe the differnce in the driving position now much higher and much more comfortable.
definately the best mod ive done and only cost me £80 for the leather recaros in black.
give it a go...
