Good morning I replaced my battery with a bigger 1000cca battery now she start straight away alarm siren is louder etc still having central locking issues but a new issue I've got is both the passenger windows have decided to stop working and now I get window not set warning and I can't reset as Windows have stopped working. Will it be something simple fuse etc.

Check fuse 12 BECM for rear passenger window, also check connectors for dampness corrosion at base of L/H A post and L/H B post.

Do the other windows work off the switchpack? With the LH/R window does it operate from the switch in the door? If it doesn't, can you hear a clicking in the BECM (the window is controlled off a relay so should be able to hear it clicking).

If the other windows/sunroof (if fitted) or front door mirrors don't work off the switchpack, then chances are the switchpack is faulty.
If the other windows work, but it's just the left side ones that don't - then it could be the switches for the LH side windows are faulty at the switchpack - but as long as the 'inhibit rear' switch isn't on then you should still be able to operate the rear window from the door.

If the rear door switch doesn't work, then chances are it's a power supply problem to the LH windows.

As Wammers said, F12 is for the LH Rear window. This also is the power feed for the window relay (if the relay clicks when you press the window switch in either direction then you know that the power is getting there and the problem is on the output side).
F22 is the power supply for the front LH window - it is also shared with the front RH window - so if the RH Front window is working, then it could be the connector up inside the bodywork where the door loom connects to the vehicle loom (a bit further up than the notorious kick panel connectors). If the mirror and central locking on the LH door work, then it has to be something isolated to that power feed for the window, as the outstation itself gets a separate power feed from F9, (which is again shared with the RH door outstation). If the central locking or the wing mirror don't work either then it could be an issue with the power feed to the outstation which takes the serial data from the BECM and then uses that to drive the relay to operate the window.

A few things to check for you - but hopefully it will help pinpoint where the problems are.

Hope this helps,
Marty
