relay location help

anybody know the location of the lr6 relay in the lighting circuit on a disco 200?
cant see it in footwells

have replaced the lighting stalk as we thought that was at fault but its not

basically as soon as u turn on the ignition the lights come on and you cant turn them off with the stalk

drivers footwell by pedals is what looks like voltage regulator- that was cause on mates disco years ago
