Is Rebel4x4 so named because it has rebelled against norms of decent service and decided that customers (this one, anyway) should be treated as beggars who are pleading for their goods? (Unfortunately) I'd like to buy an A-Bar from them, but they don't seem very interested in this fact. Even my emails requesting their address for a cheque are ignored. Real blood-from-a-stone **************.

IS there in fact a postal address for them, or does stuff HAVE to be ordered through their website?

Definitely go somewhere else. Too many firms out there that don't give a **** about their customers. The only way things will change is if people stop supporting them.

ordered some bits from rebel 4x4, after 5 days not a thing. phoned them up, got some young girl. could not find the paper work, will ring you back. 2 hours later no call so called them. you will get your bits next week no time, no day. we have lots of orders, doing the others first, do yours when we get to it!!!!. not the service i was looking for, will not use them again or tell other people to use them

they not bust...they were at billing.
my mate bought a roof light bar...the geezer was more interested in chattin to his mate than serving us

Ringing endorsement for customer service

I bought a steering gaurd off them a Billing... paid same price as the website and the didn't seem customer focused and the young lad, tried hard but didn't have the answers and seemed wary of asking his boss. Tonight I took the gaurd out of the Land Rover and when I looked at the inside it has rust on two seams about an inch long. I have rust killer and its a 5 minute job to sort, but not the point.
I bought an A bar off them last year.... very nice but recall about a week before it arrived.
I always pay by credit card..... if it goes missing or they go bust, you are covered.
