Disco 1 Rear window

hi all, I know this is a question which has been answered but just one rear window isn't working (near side) the drivers rear works fine so would this be the usual window circuit board ECU or could this be something loose perhaps behind the door panel?
One other issue is that my handbrake sticks on, I have to nudge the car backwards an inch or two for it to release, any ideas? Easy fix ?

Could be, it only takes 5mins to remove the panel for a look-see.
My handbrake started sticking on after I readjusted the the shoes to close to the drum, I just slackened off half a dozen turns and tightened back up to give three clicks on the leaver, perfect....so give it a try.
That was 12 years ago and never been touched again, I only use the hand brake when parking.
