Rear Wheel Bearings. Question

Hi all. I have just bought my first Freelander 2, she is on a late 09 plate, I am considering replacing the rear wheel bearings myself, (I am an ex grease monkey) what I want to know is two things. If i Purchase the Hub and Bearing Assembly, can I just take the old assembly away and then pull the new assembly into position with the 4 bolts from the rear of the assembly, This is how they do it on a Discovery 2 on the youtube. and can you please tell me if the bearing setup on the Freelander 2 is just the same set up as on the Discovery.
