Hi all,
I have a 54 plate Mk1 HSE, and it has a rear subwoofer located the storage box in the rear of the vehicle. the problem is that its broken and I am looking for a replacement.
The thing is no one seems to know what type of speaker this is as it has 2 inputs. one set on the left and one set on the right.
Ive searched the inter web and can't find anything similar.
can anyone help, 1) identify what type of speaker this is and 2) where can I get a replacement.

regards
Rob

The speaker driver is a small 5.75" or 6.5" duel voice coil driver. You might be able to get hold of a generic driver to fit in the enclosure. I suspect you won't be able to get the original driver however.
I couldn't find anything decent when my sub failed so I installed a 10" driver, amp and new decent head unit giving much improved sounds.
