Had to drill the bolt head off to remove seat belt but now every part of the anchor system is siezed solid .. heat/penetrating oil hasn't budged it, so I can't get it off to fix the anchor.
Would it not be ok to just put on an anchor plate under the hole? Like every other seat belt on here.
