Rear light lens cover replacement only?

Hi
Some #### has cracked the rear passenger light lens on my 2006 vogue, last week whilst in the supermarket car park!

Anyhow , my question is this, I ain't prepared to pay £200 quid to replace the whole light fitting just because of a cracked lens.
Can you buy the lens covers ( any idea of who may sell them?)
Or does any one have an old rear that they will sell me so that I can butcher it for the lens cover!

Don't think the lens is designed to be removed from the housing

There not £200 second hand on eBay are they ??

No they are not designed to be removed, but if you heat them the glue becomes pliable and you can remove the lens.

There asking daft money for old style pre-facelift on EBay.
I will keep looking

Dream on, I've seen a late DV8 with the rear lights containing water, maybe that's better than mist?

How would that affect the car lights? Just get wet feet if his boots were too short.

Got water into an old Classic's lights putting a rather large boat into Windermere once. mind you not much to go wrong as long as you kept the rev's high. You would change the water in the swimming pool (boot) on the L322
