P38A Rear door weather strip

Hi all p38 2.5dse 1996, in need of help again. Can anyone explain how to get the weather strip(the bit between window and glass) off of the rear doors please. I found the screw near the drivers door but can't seem to get the thing to move and don't want to damage it as they are £££ to replace.

There is a screw on either end of the strip, once they're out the strip lifts up and off..

Can be very stiff.

Found the one on the drivers door pillar side but couldn't find one the other end, unless it inside behind door card.

Are we talking about the black trim that runs the length of the glass?

Yes. The waterseal top of door to glass

Here are the 2 screws.

Found the one in pic 2 but didn't see the one on the latch side. Cheers for that will have another go tomorrow. Need them off so I can repaint them and tops of doors as gone a sh1tty grey colour
