Rear Door trim on a Mk 2

How do I remove the rear door trim on an 04 reg Mk2 TD4 Freelander with electric windows?(one of which has stopped working). My Haynes manual shows the Mark 1 doors and I guess that I need to get the door handle off but as there are no visible screws and I can't see a way in.

same thing on my 52 plate, haven't tried yet ..

Basically the silver coloured plastic trim has to be prised off using a flat blade screwdriver or similar. Best to start from the bottom of the trim strip to aviod unsightly scratches if you're ham-fisted (like me!). Underneath you'll find the screws that attach the handle to the door,
