Rear door on 2000 freelander

Hi all
I am in the process of buying a freelander atm. Been to look at one today and apart from having the three amigos the rear window didnt work just beeped when the switch was pressed, common problem i know but also the rear wiper and heated screen dont work but the high level brake light works. Other than that its a very tidy motor at and got him down to a good price.

Any idea with the back door issue??

Is it a doozil or petrol?

its "l" series diesel.
