So the unerside of the rear tub is now throughly oiled :(
I replaced both fron & rear diff seals, I noticed that the nut was really horsed up on the back and I now ownder if the previous owner did this due to the leak. Ok so it could be a bad seal I fitted or something is worn.
Any ideas and even better pictures to help?

usually the diff leak makes the oil drip, never had it that it swirled the oil up. Does it with the grease every time i grease it though.

If SWB, can the leak be the back of the TB?
Or where exactly is it leaking from?

Make sure your breather is free, as that could be from diff oil heating up and pushing itself out the drive input, then it could get swirled up...

Probably the seal - dripping onto the prop flange and being thrown off. Make sure the surface that bears on the seal is smooth and polished and the nut is torqued up properly. I've fitted the older leather seals which seem to be more tolerant of wear. Are you using EP90 in the diff? Make sure the breather isn't blocked.

Oil dropping onto prop flange to get flung up.
EP90 oil used and ready for top up. I shall check the breather, before checking seal.
