Rear axle shock cups

Once you've removed the shock from a Disco rear axle you are left with a pair of cups in the axle casing where the shock was, one either side of the mounting bracket. Are these removable ? I've just removed the shocks from a replacement axle casing and one of the cups is fairly well corroded and I'd like to replace it if new ones are available.

yes, just tap them off with a chisel.

Nope. Definitely spot welded in. 4 welds. Anyone know where I can get replacements ?

just fit std spigotted washers that come with new shocker and leave cups off
