I have just the venue on the Wales / Herefordshire border to host it:
78 acre offroad site
Camping facilities and hotel on site.....

Meet up on the Sayurday, camp / drink / swim in the pool on Sat pm and then
drive offroad all day Sunday....
I guess ( without speaking to the hotel ):
Offroad day £25 per vehicle
Camping £5 per person per night
Hotel £35 per person B&B

Email me if anyone is interested in getting the AFL meeting off the
ground....
