Raptor dash waterproofing?

Evening All,

Just ordered myself a Raptor Dash console for my 89' 110 Defender & S111 Console Dash anodised in blue for poshness.

Any tips for waterproofing it?

Leave a gap at the bottom for the water to drain out. Raptor dash has no back to it. tis impossible to seal it?? Unless yu design and fabricate a back for it.

Thought it might be a hand job. Might try for custom folded perspex back with blu-tac seals.
