Range Rover Sport L320 towbar electrics.

Hi.
I connected my trailer 7 pin socket to the vehicle for the first time yesterday. The trailer is an old Ifor Williams with LED lights. Everything works but the trailer indicators constantly flicker.
I've been told its common on L320, Disco 3. Something to do with the vehicle's cam bus electrics.
Is there a remedy?

It's due to circuit monitoring - nothing to do with 'CAN-Bus' which is purely a method of communication.
Either fit incandescent lights, which don't respond quick enough to the low(er) voltage short term 'test' pulses sent out, or fit 'flicker proof' LED lights which have additional electronics to prevent the flashing.
