Range Rover p38 no speedo and TC light on.

Hi I'm new to this so please forgive me in advance. I have a 2001 2.5 Diesel Range Rover p38. Recently had a flat battery and since replacing it have had no speedo and the TC light is on and warning saying not to exceed 35mph. Can anyone please point me in the right direction?

But adding all those 3 things up, I would say your alternator has gone "POP" and probably ruined your battery too.
