range rover p38 (disconnect rf reciever)

can anyone tell me how to disconnect my rf reciever, so it stops draining my battery. i have found out where it lives, right hand side under rear parcel shelf, but there are two bits under there and dont respond to a gentle pull, which is which? and do i have to use force?

i think yu just need to remove the aerial.

the white connector with the single wire going to it, mine was quite hard to pull free!, this wire runs to the aerial built into the side glass, dont pull it from there, lol
