Unfortunately one only has workshop and Hayes for a V8, that does not cover such things as oil burners, bit like Che blend or Malt choice

I have taken the plunge and bought myself a Range Rover Classic Vogue SE 300tdi and I love it !
There is a lot wrong with it but there is so much that is right about it and I had to buy it.
Unfortunately the vehicle didn't come with a owners hand book. It is the least of my problems but I like things to be as near as perfect as possible ( I know!!! Owning a Classic may change that ambition), I have been scanning Ebay without success. Does anyone have one that they no longer want and are willing to sell on? Or can anyone advise where I can source one.

Any help will be appreciated.

What age is it? Think I have my 1991 handbook but can't remember if it covers dezuls

Hi Ken, I had a RR classic with a 200tdi engine so I got a Discovery Mk1 handbook which gave all the info on 200tdi diesels so obviously you need a Manual for a Disco with a 300tdi. Should be easy enough to find

I would try a few main dealers, it's surprising what they have at the back of the cupboard. I got mine for a 1984 3.5 litre classic from Chipperfield LR in 1996 and the guy had loads of similar stuff at that point( it's now Lookers so I expect it all went in a skip). The other alternative would be the RRR - people with newer models still hoard stuff for the older ones they had and a wanted ad might do the trick

If you download a copy of RAVE, there is an owners handbook in it.
RAVE for Range Rover Classic, Discovery 300 and Freelander

Scratch that, no owners manual but there is the workshop and overhaul manuals.
Don't know why there isn't a handbook, most other models have it.
The Discovery 300 on the same download does have an owners handbook

I have one with my classic, could copy any pages you need. Will have a look for book part number if it helps the search. I would look at ebay 300tdi classic breaking and see if they have the book.

Goonarmy - MIne is a 1994 soft dash model.

LHAHBEN95 is the publication number for my 300tdi book.
It covers both petrol and oil burners.

I am not on my main computer as that is now in my new office and I am still in my old office...but tomorrow I will check my files I am not sure but I think I have a suite of files that contains workshop manuals and owners manuals....no promises but will check....I am sure it has them for models from '86 to 94....but will look tomoz!

I have the workshop manuals for 1986 to 1989, 1990 to 1994 and 1995, and the electrical troubleshooting manuals for 1992, 1993 and 1994

Parts manuals for 1986 - 91 and 1992 - 94.

I am interested in the workshop manuals for the 1994 / 1995 dependant on the VIN numbers it covers and the 1004 electrical trouble shooting manual. My number is 0789 if you want to discuss prices etc.

I also have some Classic printed manuals from when I had mine about 10 years ago. Not sure what year, but will check. Also need to look through old paperwork in case I have the owner's manual . . . I keep too much old junk !!

Originally bought them from Dingocroft in High Wycombe many years before online stuff was available.
