I have had dreadful service from Stratstone in Perth.
Having had to disconnect the battery for the first time I am required to reipnut the radio code - the radio is the original factory fit.
I have now input the code 7608 which the garage gave me 5 times and it will not now reset.
I have the vehicle from new and the code has never required to be input.
the VIN has been checked by L/R diagnostic.
How do you rest the radio/ Any suggestions?
No wonder Jonathan Browning, Managing Director of Jaguar/Land Rover Cars has resigned followed by Jaguar Land Rover's chief executive David Smith who has also now stepped down .
I understand the new Managing Director is Mike Beasley, and director Ravi Kant would temporarily take over Smith's duties until a permanent replacement is found, is it necessary to contact them personally to advise them that I cannot get a simple code for my radio?
