R380 Gearchange - broken plate!

This is a Disco 300TDi with R380 manual transmission. I have a dodgy gearchange, the lever doesn't sit between 3 & 4 at rest, instead its all the way to the left (1 & 2). I took off the centre console and riveted on cover, to find this part is broken:



I've looked on Paddocks and John Craddock websites but can't find it listed. Does anyone know what this part is and a part number and is it obtainable through online suppliers etc if possible? Or is it a case of popping into the local (8 miles away from me) Land Rover dealer?

And be carefull with the bolts, one of mine rounded VERY easily (Other 3 came out fine....) and i ended up having to weld a bit of thread rod on, 2 nuts and get it off that way.

Land Rover dealer part, about £4.50 from memory, you'd be well advised to get two new springs as well - about £1 each.

Cheers, ordered it up. My springs and bolts are fine so I guess I'm fortunate there.
