Had a good look round the forums and can’t find anything relating to this oil leak.

It’s coming from one of the 3 cast lugs with threaded M8 holes on the underside of the R380 extension housing.
Quite major, drip every few seconds and just appeared (hasn’t been weeping, past it’s MOT a few weeks ago no leaks).

Can anybody chime in with their wisdom? Photo attached.

thanks

Not come across that leak before but if it is definitely coming form the threaded hole you could probably solve it by spraying down with brake cleaner and then putting in a correct sized bolt covered in hylomar blue.

Its red, gbox oil is red (well it is on mine) so I assume you have an output seal leaking.
Iirc between the ext case and the tfer box there are a series of cast channels that lead to the bottom of the boxes to indicate you have a seal leaking.
