Bloody hell you guys are hard,
I just need to know what mpg for tax reasons.
So once again to all those who OWN one what mpg do you actually get.

Guess this is the wrong forum for me, all I wanted to know is what I asked and instead I had loads of garbage.

How much fookin advice do you want... its like askin how long is a fookin piece of string ffs. ... buy the disco drive it for a week work out mpg.. if yu dont like it sell the fooker. :mad:
 
Crazy Crazy Lady, if the garage tells you 30 they mean 20, 20 they mean 10 etc etc, as you've have been told if you need to ask dont buy and as you want to know the MPG for tax purposes work it out like this 30mpg less tax 20 mpg more tax 10 mpg more than mare tax. I know, I Know I am a genius. I bet you are glad you asked.:D
 
Hmm lots of answers. Methinks she is getting for company car so needs mpg for tax purposes. I always thought it goes on the manufactures figures so whatever they quote.

Forum answers are (mostly ) reality based so lower figure.

I think you'll find that most people did answer most of the questions you wanted to know. if you take a look at what motors most people on the forum own you'll find very few own brand new. buy new and prepare to get your backside spanked by the dealer and lose an absolute fortune in depreciation, you cant beat a little tinkering!!

thats done on emissions int it? My golf is good on mpg but bad on emissions so i pay through the nose for a underpowered oil burner:doh:
 
MPG...who knows but drove a 61 plate with less than 300 miles on the clock around the LRE eastnor estate today and OMG!!! WHAT A TOY.I know what i'm doing if i've won the Euro-millions tonight..........:)
