The top radiator hose on my '93 4.2 LSE is on the way out. It's beginning to weep coolant around the section of the hose that has the 2 electrical connections on it. My first question is what are those connections for?

Secondly, can I run the beast using the hose from my parts car, a 1990 Vogue that lacks those connection?

Thanks, folks. I'd check RAVE, but my computer is down.

I hope all is well with everybody. Things are ducky here in Merka.

Sorry cannot help you on the electrical side but I would change the hose until you find out. Better to have a couple of sensors out than to boil the motor.:)
