Pulled thread in bellhousing

Oh happy days .It would seem that a previous owner has pulled the thread in the bellhousing which holds the slave cylinder !!!!!. Can anyone help with the size of a helicoli style insert which i suppose im gonna have too bite the bullet and order.

If it were me I would just drill both to the next size and tap it.

if yu know wot thred the bolt is - thats the size helicoil you need.

Drill it all the way through and use a nut and bolt, that's if you can get a nut on the other side that is..... :doh:

either way your gonna need the right tapping drill size,

oh HAPPY DAYS m8 helicoil kit saved the day. The ultimate discovery of that god blessed australian outback. Won't need to be going back to that again....
