It is true, as is leaving it home and getting the bus. Oh, sorry its a 1.8. You will be doing that anyway . It could easily invalidate your insurance too. Why buy a 4wd and make it 2wd. If you wanted econo
y and 2/4wd ****ching, why dudnt you buy a slitty?

Hi,i did this for about 3 months last summer and to be honest although it was a little quicker off the mark and steering was lighter,i did not notice any difference at all in mpg and got terrible vibration on motorway. When i put it back on it felt so much better to drive, waste of time in my opinion.
