sorry, i dont do half way in...

one of the top priorities at the moment is the windscreen wipers, they dont park, so im going to try to either clean the switch or most likely ill just buy a new one. Also they make a really loud clunk when the reach the end of the sweep which is bloody annoying.
And also a heated front windscreen as i cannot be arsed to wait around in the mornings to demist the windscreen and i feel that driving along struggling to see is not safe... so worth a few quid to get that sorted!

Windscreen needs to come out for me to paint around the frame anyway so might as well get it done then.

Ill be down to sams trim again soon to get some bits done for it. Class gal The recaro seats I saw yesterday at this chaps that she had done looked bob on.

Im resigning myself to the fact that this is not going to be a cheap build... but i really think it will be worth it when done

I might even flog the L200 at this rate :/

i was going to nick the one off the 90, but it needs painting so at least i can get this new one on and then fook about with the one off the 90 later.

i was trying to rip out the dodgy wooden seats tonight, urrghh its properly awkward to get in! Managed to get some of it out but some of it is actually quite well installed!!! (amazingly)

managed to get the cb out from the stupid position it was in (above the drivers face!)

found that a couple of the rear lights are not working right so have ordered some replacements.

Does the bumper have recovery eyes on it? If so I'm interested

well a double cab came up on eblag, its not in the best condition (i.e its rotten) but it looks repairable. Just trying to sort a deal.

i still fancy making a carbon fibre roof..... just for a laugh. Ive made a few carbon bits in the past but this would be something else entirely!!!!

Ordered everything to put in another smart car seat conversion for the minute. The rx8 seats need a bit of modding before i can put them in, so in the meantime at least i can be comfortable. And i am putting the seats from the 110 in the 90 to sell it.

snorkel arrived just now! excellent service by lr centre - delivery within 48 hours!

Just been thinking about if its worth stripping the rear disco axle off the 90 with its disc brakes or stick with the drums on the current axle... cant make my mind up

Surely disc brakes are the way forward.

yeah i know.. i really want to rob everything off the 90... but i dont have a drive way and its going to be a proper arse ache trying to swap both axles over in one day.

I could rob the 90's front lift kit, rear shocks, extended brake lines, bump stops, axle... i think thats all i would need?

Im just concerned if i need to change the front axle as well?

bonnet release cable ordered - so i dont have to remove the sodding front grill to lift the bonnet!!!

and spoke to the dude about the double cab, no buy it now... got to bid... fair enough

back to the axles... As i have 24 spline axles in the 90.. im thinking i SHOULD rob these, just checking and call me daft... but as the 90 is a 300tdi and the 110 is a 200tdi... am i going to have any issues? or is it the flange on the transfer box that is different?
