Never mind mate, worth a shot! Nice to see lots of pics

Indeed , got a few more ideas , lol, waiting for a nice dry day so can start spraying

Made up a crude spare wheel security cover, thought it’s better than nothing until I can get a second hand metal 17 inch plate

Cleaned up the spare wheel winch box

Made up a bed for candy so she wasn’t laying on the concrete , she’s 12 now

New item turned up today which is on the cards

Bought new bolts and O rings , hope stainless steel is ok with Ali

Think I may end up removing most of the front , inc the slam panel and front bumper

So I can inject some areas with dinirtol and then better access to put a vacuum test on the AC system and check everything hidden behind the front bumper

Know I’ll also have to be careful with the impact sensors as there tucked away

Also got all my gauges etc so after a vacuum can use the dryer via my air compressor to slightly charge it and then recheck before I get it recharged knowing that’s it’s sound and get them to pull a vacuum again to ensure it’s sound and remove any moisture

As we all know it can sometimes leak when pulling either s vacuum or pressure

Can’t wait to get the ac all up and running as before I install the new condenser will vacuum test the entire AC system

Really enjoy doing this this

Wired fuse box up to come off my aux battery , via a relay so when the ign live is removed it kills the power to the fuse box, therefore the aux battery is switched off when I alarm the landy

Will be used for dashcam, aux power feed to my dual battery gauge showing aux volts

Temperature gauge shows inside air cabin temp , there’s a factory outside temp meter on the instrument panel

Just finished wiring up the bottom panel , as there’s 2 x existing cig lighters I’ve split the panel wiring into 2 x parts

So each cig lighter connection can go on either side

Don’t think it looks too bad

@Henry_b

here’s a few piccies just to keep u happy, lol

please remind me if I forget it for a while

so finished off fitting the centre gauge panel, but planning to add another one below, as per the example pic where it shows an empty panel,

that will be for the solar panels monitor gauges , plan to fit 2 x of , either 80 or 100watt panels

making up a new 12s battery charging lead, best thing about this it’s magnetic, so if I drive away it will automatically disconnect without causing any damage

next few projects are, to design and fit a sliding dog ramp, finish 12s towing socket , install dashcam , new brake hoses , rear drop links , got the HD drop links and seen many reports of the cheap ones getting snapped in not being up to the job

sanding down my spare wheel rim, remove front drivers wheel as it has a leak on the allow rim,

managed to win an ebay genuine sliding boot tray , example pics , as it needs to be collected from Bristol

Also another D3 owner is also helping with the design of the boot dog ramp to also help others who wish to follow the same type of design

plus as usual got a few more tools and test gauges

also started to put together an Engine oil pressure gauge , started to fit the monitor in the panel , has an an adjustment low pressure alarm

so that’s about it for now, but will update as I progress
