Problem with locks in and out any help

My problem is this. I got a dent in my O/S/R door. Since that day the all the doors lock and unlock. Cept this one, I would have to pull the inside leaver to unlock the door. It would only open with the external handle after I gave a thud near the handle on the outside. No method works now. I have taken the door card off and checked linkages all is fine. I moved the actuators to the lock up and down. I have moved the actuators to door handle still no luck. Now cable has dislodged from internal opening handle and the catch on door lock. I have managed to open the cover to the back of the door and attempting in the small gap to reattach the cable. I hope the trick I used before might happen again then change the lock. I hear the solinoid operating when remote is used but does not trigger the lock in any way eg. not raising the door pin. My only option in my mind failing this is to cut around the lock some how remove it, replace door transfer internals and windows. Unless someone can help. Thanks, David

I manage to re hook the cable and get the door open and then replaced lock took some time though
