That would kinda depend on what the bloke sellin em wanted vs how much someone was daft enough to pay.

Can't you find out how much they ae new then work out how much you're willing to pay for em depending on how knackered they are? The wheels are irrelevant to the price really except for the convenience of having the tyres on them.
