Hi all I have Disco2 02 facelift version V8 2 weeks ago steering started getting noisy saw fluid was low and could see a drip of fluid coming from the re enforced hose which lead into I think is the power steering unit its located on the same side as the reservoir and the pipe from the reservoir leads into this re enforced protected hose. I bought some Lucas power steering fluid stop leak which did quieten it down and stop the leak. Today steering went heavy when turning managed to get home now fluid is coming out at a good rate with engine off lost a small amount took cap off as it was frothing in the resevoir and spilling out the cap. Any advice appreciated do i need a new power steering unit !!! hope not but am prepared any ideas of cost roughly at garage Im in Pewsey if anyone wants a job !!! Cheers all JC
