I've not had a PM from him yet confirming the process, but having had a look around on other forums there's plenty to suggest the method isn't so far off that which I predicted

however tweak at your own risk - they's a reason why they won't have had the volume turned to max as "standard"

These boxes are good but I don't think they'd be any match for a petrol model in the horse power department.
But don't be so quick to dismiss them, if we went toe to toe you'd be in front but I'd look pretty damned big in your rear view mirror! ;););)

I've never been in one with a PSI box but I think they cost about the same and do pretty much the same job. If you ring up each company they'll tell you there's is best though I'm sure...
When I bought my Rangie I was told they were a bit of a slug and they weren't kidding!
But fitting one of these little fellas takes about 20 mins and the difference is well worth the money...;););)

I have a 1996 4.0 V8 Se, Do i qualify for this kind of tweeking?

And whats a PSI box?

Forgive me for all these questions for I am only a mere boy :D
 
Still not received my pm yet, hope Mike hasn't been kidnapped due to this new found information either that or the poor buggers still xmas shopping with the mrs :D

PSI box...ha ha ha.
There is fook all init that is why it is resin filled FFS.
The Bmw motor is easy to fool for more power do a google search FFS...!

Sorry for the delays in messaging you all, the wife threw me and my dog out so its been a tad hectic to say the least, as for you LRO you no absolutly **** all you complete arse wipe!!! yeh there are plenty of mods that WILL eventually damage your engine, any ****in monkey in a pair of overalls can tweak them... but makin sure that the mixtures right is a differant thing... come back when you no what your talkin about and dont ever ever insult me again!! i live and breath diesel engines for a living dip ****!:mad::mad:

I can do in a couple of minutes what a "psi box" does.
