I spend the weekend sanding down and powder coating the bumper bull bars and light grils off my 90 and friends 110 (because i own a massive powder coating over) and they came out top class, chip tested very well it takes a lot to scratch.

If anyone wants any powder coating done let me know because i'm doing more of my and friends defender parts for the next few weekends,i can do any colour (may refuse to spray pink!!!)

ahh wait forgot to mention..Dublin Ireland..i use this forum because the only one in ireland charges,
If its small stuff you could send a box eh? but i suppose i should have tough about logistics before posting this

to be honest i'm not looking to make money i just need to cover the powder cost and a few bob for gas,im doing landy parts for the next few weeks anyway
If you tell me what you want coated and how much work is involved (striping down, sanding etc) ill give you a figure

I have a burn off oven for taking old paint off but very thin parts warp a small bit so nitormorce is the job.

How much for 4 steel wheels, need stripping and a bit of sanding?

doesn't look like a very massive setup to me  Bit of an egg-saggerashun there I think.

your looking at one oven (the smaller one)used for regular everyday spraying of zink parts but will do any amount of bumpers bull bars etc. i have a 30ft oven if needs be for larger parts but unless you want to coat your entire landy then the small one is fine.

What do you get out of leaving a comment like this?? do you have a 30ft powder coating oven in your back garden and willing to offer coating at cost?

egg-saggerashun is spelled exaggeration

Totally ignore his comments, if you do a search he is rude an unpleasant in most of them.

Aww, bollox! I saw this pop up in LZ live & thought it must be about me & it's not, it's about Flumps FFS!

1/ He ain't a T*O*S*S*E*R.
2/ It's 'T*O*S*S*E*R'.
3/ He hasn't even scratched the surface of rude or unpleasant so don't go giving him ideas above his station. ;)

Haha, priceless.

Actually being in the motorsport industry I see a lot of powder coating factories. I was just pointing out that your apparently "massive" facility didn't look so massive. I've got no problem with it whatsoever, and think it's a brilliant idea that you're offering your services at cost to LR owners.

But what would I know.. I'm just a ****ing tosser.
