Looking for a bit of techno help on how to test for a fault!
Had a good search through threads but couldn't feally find an easy explanation of how to test/narrow down the fault.
I've got a 110 d/cab TD5 that drives away fine but if I accelarate quite hard it pulls away great untill I get into the higher revs and it seems to hit a sudden dead band as if something is lacking!!!!!!!!
From reading other threads I was thinking it could be the turbo hoses
What's the easiest way to test if it's cracked hoses or if there collapsing? is it an easy test on your own or do you need assistant?
Any advice would be much appreciated.
