Hi all. Great site. Found loads of stuff without posting. So much experience, hopefully this should be easy. Lol

I have the lack of power issue, but I'm living with it for now( disconnected maf all good). But what I noticed when I was checking various valves and pipes is that the pipe from the MAF(oval end with clips) which goes down to the turbo (round end) has something missing like a grommet or reducer to fit the turbo, as the end of the pipe is way bigger than the fitting on the turbo.
So there is a large whoosing noise every time I accelerate. Put it in for some work at my local 4x4 centre and they just messed me about and asked for £100 for the privalidge. I called up local LR they tracked it down but said it was £94 plus vat. Any one know where to get one cheap or is this going to have to be a DIY job.

Thanks in advance
Wayne

I forget what the piece looks like now

You get good access from the right hand wheel well

Scrap yard jobby???

The part number you need is PJZ100170L (or try without the L for the Rover version)

Price is around £17 + VAT from a LR dealer and not looked on Google to see if you can get it cheaper!

Good luck!
