as titled i would like some pics to get some ideas on what the best course of action is >>

this is what i would like !!!

i am goin to do a few green lanes so i will need to remove my tow hitch.. for that ... so i would like one that i can attach or reattach quite easy...

also wer the tow bar is bolted ther are some recovery rings...
would these be strong enough for recovery got a rope and goin to get 9 ton bow shackle at weekend...

any suggestion as i have mot comin up soon aswell

cheers guys inadvance
Anthony

the rings are lashing rings for holding the vehicle down in transport (on the back of a lorry etc) they are not up to recovery, you would need jate rings for that, if you got a HD rear bumper you could bolt a drop plate to it and use the jate rings as your recovery points

i made a custom bumper and used 2 pieces of 8mm steel welded together onto a 10mm plate bolted to the chassis

£75 off ebay .. including the towplate/ball etc. We made the recovery shackle bit ourselves. Don't need it much 'cos we can also feed a rope into the receiver and pin it in place exactly the same as the towplate.

Copy of a Scorpion racing setup from what we can tell ...
