hey folks,
im currently in the middle of fitting a 2.0td perkins prima engine to my series 2a landy, im using the mk1 addapter plate which uses the sherpa starter motor, has anyone done this conversion before? if so id love to hear from you to share any hints / tips etc as im stuck at moment, i read that the end of the crank has to be cut for this conversion but im not sure if this is true or how much to cut off, any help would be very much appreciated, as im dying to get my old landy back on the road, hate not being able to drive her rite now!
cheers,
kris.
