How's it going everyone.
I have a 3.9 95 Disco 1 14cux. I have been working on for the last year. I have done a number of upgrades,
Long tube headers, cat delete, top end rebuild / polish, and a Crower Cam level 2. Along with some cosmetic things.

I wanted to know the best piggy back chip I could get for this ECU, make sure my Disco is running optimally.
I hear the Tornado is the best one.

Has Anyone Tried the VARRA chip sold by Bearmach?

Any help would be appreciated .

And Me! :)

Proper ecu remaps are supposed to be betterer for your motor than a piggy back chip that basically chucks in more fuel.... have a click on the search icon, loads of posts on this topic!

Also, pics of the V8 please!! :)

As above, if you’re gonna do it, do it right. Go to a reputable remapper and get it custom mapped. They will take into account the specifics of your vehicle (including any weak links) and get both the best out of it without over stressing it.

Plug in units are a “works for all” job but may cause you problems down the road (excuse the pun).

Thank you everyone for the Hello's.
Ill be posting Pictures up soon of the engine and my ole Disco soon, when I get back around Her.
@Gottschalk thank you for the advice, ill start looking for a reputable Remapper asap.
Hard to find one that will work on this year disco in Southern California.

Thank you again everyone
