Hello all, this is my first post so apologies for any errors!
I have a 2003 TD5 ES mapped, manual with 104K on clock.
On 10th June the seemingly notorious "green pipe" blew fuel all over the rear end. I immediately ordered the set from a normally top notch parts company who boast over 100,000 parts in stock. (To be fair, they do warn of possible delays in delivery on their web site, but no hint as to how long!)
Reduced to driving my wife's MX5 (useless as two Labradors don't fit!) and with no information regarding eta, I cancelled the order a week later and requested a refund. (Note I am still waiting)
I then ordered the pipes from APLlandrover off ebay and received them in 24 hours.
I wondered if anyone had any information as to which parts suppliers can offer a reasonable service at the moment and which cannot?
