Part number help...

Hi all. I have been offered wheels that have the part number below....but whenever I put it into a LR parts search box nothing comes up!
Can someone tell me either the details or point me in the direction of a parts number search site that works? (I know thw part number is right, I wrote it down myself off the wheel)
