Panel alignment

Where do most of you start when refitting your panels onto the chassis?
do you start with rear tub then firewall. What do you use to aid in getting all panels to line up with nice small panel gaps between the doors.
Now that my vehicle is going back together starting to notice things like the tub needs to be lifted in the front so the roof will sit even.

rear tub ,seat box ,bulkhead , doors and roof ,not much movement in rear tub because of rear cross member brackets bulkhead has adjustment (washers if necessary between bulkhead and outrigger)doors gaps need sorting before roof or bulkhead secured everything then can just bolt up
