Paddocks and Britpart non existant customer service

Heres a copy of some of the emails !

Simple you might think..order a weber rebuild kit from paddocks from their series section and it gets posted to you ............No email from manager and pparently I'm a **** for ordering it. BEWARE of these ****ers

My Manager emailed you on Thursday 15th July reagrding this matter. Please read this email.

The part you ordered is incorrect for your Series vehicle. You ordered a twin choke Weber repair kit for a Defender 2.25 petrol. My Manager also emailed you to confirm that we currently out of stock of the single carb Weber kits for a 34ICH carb.

The item that you sent me is completely the wrong part. I have contacted Britpart directly and they have contacted weber on my behalf.

I tried to 'fix' my carburettor using the kit you supplied which has completely knackered it.

Here is the final comment from Britpart after a week of relentless emails.I hope that you can resolve this issue.

We have contacted Weber technical on this matter, they have come back with the following information regarding the kit RTC5863, this kit fits a 3234DMTL Carb and not a 34ICH. They did say yesterday that this was the correct kit, but infact this is not correct, I suggest that you contact where you purchased the kit from and see what they advise.

My Manager is forwarding the email he sent you last week.

Can you give me directions to where the Weber carb kit is listed on our website? I am struggling to find them in the Series section, only Defender. The RTC5863 part you ordered only comes up for Defender.

Please advise.
