P38 overhauling

My 99 RR DSE is almost at 360KKM, and i am considering overhauling the transmision and engine (including invection pump and turbo), so i can continue to enjoy it for a few more years to its full potential, and with maximum reliability (i do over 45KKM/yr). can anyone recomend a good workshop that can handle the "project"? It would help if you gave your location, a good workshop in Cornwall would not be much use to you if you live in Sweden.
