Hi All... first post, so bit nervous.... anyone around the east oxford area and previously used the Storer Wilson EAS diagnosis & reset program laptop disc... First problem.. how long should I have to wait for the diagnosis function to run... it seems to go on for ever. when and if I ever get there is it a simple reset and "back-up she goes" any comments welcome

First you need to go to the introduce yourself section or you will suffer some abuse, then go to the right section for your landy and ask your question there, this is for serious emergencies like breakdowns or being stuck in the middle of nowhere when you need rescuing, if you start of right this is a great forum so welcome lol

Barring the software, what's the problem with the P38?

If the EAS is in good condition, you should not need a simple "get up and go device"
It takes Windows a while to start, after that the Storey wilson software starts in seconds, conecting and talking to the car aslo takes only seconds. You have some kind of software problem.
