P38 hvac self diagnosis book symbol?

Hi all, as the title of the post reads, does anybody know what the book symbol on the hvac display means. I've looked it up in the owners manual and it just says something like it has self diagnosed a problem and not to touch any of the controls. Any idea where to start with this?

Search the forum and you'll get lots of info on what to check from leaks, failing motors and so on. All depends if your HEVAC is working as it should or is showing symptoms of failure with the heating/aircon.

Mine was on for a few weeks but was cured by adding some radweld Plus to the expansion tank as i knew i had a slight leak in a pipe behind the steering column which my lpg fitter noticed. i know its not the best repair but I've spent enough on other repairs recently and couldn't afford another so soon.
