:doh: pleease can any one help!!!!!my 1997 p38 diesel is has a got a rattle on the timing chain , it smokes like bugerry and is down on power,drove it 1/4 mile to get it home but scared of restarting it , dont want to make it worse any ideas, any one , much app.

try the rr section...but it sounds terminal to me
