LPG Problem

Just over the last few days I've had a problem with my Romano LPG system. Specificly, when the car is started, occasionally the LPG button doesn't illuminate, and the car contines to run on petrol. I've had a look at several connections including the control unit and they all look really good.

The only thing I thought was not right was a relay switch at the side of the control unit which is almost too hot to touch, and when wriggled about could be felt to switch over inside. This action seemed to make the LPG switch illuminate, although with a short delay. At the moment it seems to be working ok again, but we're planning a trip to France in a couple of weeks and would need it to be reliable.

The relay seems like a small version of a bog standard relay, can anybody advise please.

Regards Julian Delaney
