Original rubber wheel arch extenders

Hi guys,

I am looking at fitting a set of original LR rubber when arch extenders (found on 5 door GS models). As they did not originally come off of my disco (an ES), I was wondering of anyone knew how they were originally secured.

It looks like they were secured with some form of flexible glue, any ideas...?


Any ideas would be great!!

Humm, I originally guessed that, but there is definite residue of what looks like silicone type substance....
