was in da paint shop today,getting some advice on what will actually work (no oven u see) and checking the colour tabs..

lambo reds were soo nice and doerble, rosso targa,pearl changes from deep red to crimson (pinkish)..very very nice...but now found audi range..brillant red,missano red...both again nice....

thers an audi dealer close..so will hae a look i thinks..

missano is the nicer of the two I reckons

ok..todays effort...not long today..but every hour counts..####ing works welder is crap...expensive yes but wont weld ****..so havin to buy one tomorrow to finish 10mins worth!!

bonnet is beyond repair..so have a late good one..with abit of panel work i recon i can make it into exposed hinge type..just a matter of cutting the ali back abit i hope,then swapp over the brackets etc..

ie wont weld now below 100amps and then just splaters and you try welding sheet steel with 100amp+..


...just bought a new mig on line..when it turns up will sort that issue!!but gonna make it rather bigger than standard..

o/s door is straight and very heathy though..took an hour to shift the paint!
